视障者信息获取的移动端APP设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Mobile App for Information Acquisition of Visually Impaired Persons

互联网的发展和移动设备的普及给人们的生活带来了很大的便捷,而对于视障人群来说,由于在视觉方面上的缺陷,其直接通过眼睛获取信息的难度加大。文章提出一种以二维码作为中间介质,以信息无障碍理论为基础,通过移动端APP扫描和读屏软件使视障人群获取信息的模式。

The development of the Internet and the popularity of mobile devices have brought great convenience to people's lives. For people with visual impairment, it is more difficult to obtain information directly through the eyes because of the visual defects. In this paper, a new mode of accessing information for visually impaired people is proposed, which is based on the theory of information accessibility and using mobile app scanning and screen reading software.
