神经根沉降征在腰椎管狭窄症诊治中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 神经根沉降征是近年来发现的一种腰椎MRI影像表现。自Barz提出了神经根沉降征在腰椎管狭窄病人与非狭窄病人中阳性率存在差异以来,学者们对于其在腰椎管狭窄症诊断中的敏感度、特异度,以及对病人临床预后判断中的作用进行了大量研究。研究发现,神经根沉降征对于症状明显的重度腰椎管狭窄症的诊断意义大于症状不明显的轻中度腰椎管狭窄症,而且对于不同治疗方案效果的预测也有重要价值,现将神经根沉降征的相关研究进展作一综述。
