摘要
采用快速蒸馏仪并结合数字密度仪测定白酒的酒精度,其操作简便、快速高效、结果精度高,与GB 5009.225-2016中规定的对白酒酒精度的检测方法相比,结果一致,重现性及准确性都非常好,适用于对白酒酒精度的快速、高精度检测。
The detection of alcoholicity of Baijiu by fast distiller coupled with digital densitometer has the advantages including simple operation, fast and high-efficiency detection, and high precision. Compared with the detection methods described in GB 5009.225-2016, its detection results are consistent and its reproducibility and accuracy are satisfactory. Accordingly, it is suitable for fast & highprecision detection of alcoholicity of Baijiu.
