摘要
肌酐是人体肌肉组织代谢的产物,血液中的肌酐主要由肾小球滤过排出体外,血清肌酐浓度是临床上衡量肾功能的主要依据之一。离子迁移谱技术具有分析速度快、检测限低、仪器结构简单等优点,本实验使用实验室自制的电晕放电离子迁移谱系统对肌酐样品进行检测,线性范围0.88μmol/L^8.80μmol/L,检测限为0.087μmol/L,而且羟苯磺酸钙与维生素C对检测的影响较小。离子迁移谱技术在肌酐的快速检测方面具有良好的应用前景。
The creatinine solution samples were detected by a laboratory-made ion mobility spectrometry(IMS) device. The linear range was 0.88-8.80 μmol/L and the detection limit was 0.087 μmol/L. Calcium dobesilate and vitamin C had little effect on creatinine detection by IMS. IMS has a good prospect in the rapid detection of creatinine.
