摘要
在进行饰品的镍释放项目检测时,通常需要测定饰品的表面积。传统的人工方法测量、计算步骤较为复杂且效率不高。利用国产3D面积测定仪测量饰品的表面积参数,为饰品的表面积测定提供了另一条途径。本实验选用9种常见饰品作为实验样本,利用国产3D面积测定仪和传统手工测量法对样品表面积进行测量,并对比两种方法的测量结果。实验结果为:使用3D面积测定仪测定一个样品的平均耗时仅2.2分钟,人工测定则需要22分钟;3D面积测定仪测定结果的精密度为0.70%~5.33%,人工测定表面积的精密度为1.37%~16.44%;实验结果表明,国产3D面积测定仪在测量常见饰品的表面积时,可比人工方法显著降低测量时间并提高测量精度,具有广阔的应用前景。
The surface area of samples(9 kinds of common ornaments) were measured by 3D superficial measurement system and manual measurement respectively. And the results were compared. The experimental data showed that 3D superficial measurement system took only 2.2 minutes per sample, while the manual measurement took 22 minutes. The precision of 3D superficial measurement system was 0.70%- 5.33%, and that of manual measurement was 1.37%-16.44%. It is clear that the domestic 3D superficial measurement system is better than the manual measurement method.
