1例误诊为嗜铬细胞瘤的Castleman病

A case of Castleman′s disease misdiagnosed as pheochromocytoma

巨大淋巴结增生症,又叫血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生,该病较为少见。现就我科收治的1例误诊为嗜铬细胞瘤的Castleman患者的诊疗过程报道如下。

Giant lymph node hyperplasia,also known as vascular follicular lymphoid tissue hyperplasia(Castleman′s disease),it is relatively rare,especially with suspected pheochromocytoma-related symptoms as clinical manifestations.One case has been misdiagnosed as Castleman in our department and the report is as follows.
