The advantages and disadvantages of the anti-axial movement structure of discharge door for GK type internal mixer, the adaptability working condition and various axial movement prevention were analyzed. The improvement process of the anti-axial movement structure for the new product GN300 discharge door was described. According to the customer's rubber formula to adjustment and upgrade, the anti-axial movement structure of the discharge door was adjusted and optimized accordingly, and a new anti-axial movement structure was introduced.
