摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司炼钢厂1#-3#小吨位转炉因生产设备老化,制约着效能的提升和生产成本的进一步降低。通过深入研究原料精料控制、炉壳炉型结构优化和炉底圆弧砌筑技术、底吹枪位优化、转炉静态冶炼模型,使转炉炼钢多项经济指标稳定提升,作业率提高,炉型结构稳定,同时为转炉综合冶炼成本的降低奠定了基础。
Due to ageing production equipment of No.1-No.3 small tonnage converters in Steelmaking Plant of Shandong Iron amd Steel Co.,Ltd.Laiwu Branch,the efficiency improvement and further production cost reduction are restricted.Various economic indicators and availability of BOF are steadily improved with stabler furnace shell structure by indepth study of raw material concentrates control,furnace shell structure optimization,furnace bottom circular arc lining laying technique,bottom blowing lance position optimization,converter static melting model,which establishes the foundation of comprehensive melting cost reduction for converter.
