摘要
通过建立物理模型对单流板坯连铸机中间包流场进行模拟,优化中间包控流装置。研究了挡墙、挡坝的数量和位置对中间包内钢液流场及停留时间分布(RTD)曲线的影响,提出了最优的“抑湍器+单挡墙+双挡坝”方案,使成品夹杂物含量大幅降低,明显提高了中间包的冶金效率。
The physical model is established to simulate the tundish flow field of single strand slab continuous caster and optimize the flow control device of the tundish.The influence of the number and position of retaining wall and dam on the flow field and residence time distribution(RTD)curve of molten steel in tundish is studied.The optimal scheme of Turbulence Suppression+Single Baffle Wall+Double Baffle Dam is put forward,which greatly reduces the inclusion content of finished product and significantly improves the metallurgical efficiency of tundish.
