机车车辆专用压力表智能检定系统研究

摘要 为提高机车车辆专用压力表的检定效率和质量,减轻检定人员工作强度,通过分析专用压力表与通用压力表的差异和通用压力表自动检定装置的不足,分别从硬件、软件和总体框架3个方面设计适用于机车车辆专用压力表的智能检定系统。阐述系统工作原理和功能。采用测量范围为0~1000kPa的双针专用压力表开展实验,比较智能检定结果和人工检定结果,从而验证智能检定系统的可靠性。 To improve the verification efficiency and quality of the Bourdon pressure gauge for locomotives and vehicles,relieve the working strength of the verification personnel,by analyzing the differences between Bourdon pressure gauge and universal pressure gauge,as well as the insufficiency in the automatic verification equipment of universal pressure gauge,an intelligent verification system is designed respectively from hardware,software and overall framework 3 aspects for the bourdon pressure gauge of locomotives and vehicles. The article specifies the operating principles and functions of the system. An experiment is carried out based on a duplex bourdon pressure gauge with a measuring range of 0~1 000 kPa to compare the results from intelligent verification and artificial verification,thus verifying the reliability of the intelligent verification system.
