HX_D3系列机车升弓先导电磁阀故障原因分析及对策

摘要 阐述HXD3系列机车受电弓升弓先导电磁阀的典型故障,统计故障情况。从电磁阀的工作原理及技术参数、电磁阀线圈的绝缘性能、电空阀检修工艺及现场执行情况、测漏剂对电磁阀的影响4个方面,分析总结电磁阀故障原因。在进一步调查电磁阀工作环境、微量泄露对升弓控制的影响后,提出修订检修工艺、督促厂方提高产品质量的对策,经验证有效,为其他类型机车故障原因分析和问题整改提供参考和借鉴。 The article specifies the typical failures and failure statistics for the pilot operated solenoid valve of pantograph lifting device of HXD3 locomotives. The article analyzes and summarizes the failure cause of solenoid valve, based on such 4 aspects as the operating principle & technical parameters for solenoid valve,the insulation performance of solenoid valve coil,the maintenance process & field implementation of electric pneumatic valve,as well as the influence of leak detection reagent for solenoid valve. By further investigating the influence of the operating environment of solenoid valve and the slight leakage on pantograph lifting control,the article puts forward countermeasures for revising the maintenance process and supervising the manufacturer to improve product quality. Such countermeasures are verified as valid,thus can provide references for the failure cause analysis and rectification of locomotives of other types.
