体育锻炼活动、医疗消费与健康满意度——基于京津冀城市居民体育参与的调查研究

Physical Exercise, Medical Consumption and Health Satisfaction: Based on Investigation on Residents’ Participation in Sports in Jingjinji Metropolitan Region

运用2016年京津冀城市居民体育健身休闲活动状况调查数据,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法,分析体育锻炼活动、医疗消费、个人特征对居民自评性健康满意度的影响。研究结果发现:(1)性别、年龄、居住地、居住社区类型对居民自评健康具有显著影响。(2)体育锻炼活动对居民健康满意度具有显著的持续性的促进作用。(3)居民健康理念由“医疗手段”向“非医疗手段”转变。总体来说,中国居民疾病转型到慢性疾病,体育锻炼成为促进居民健康行为持续发生的重要手段。

This research used the data obtained from the residents’participation in physical fitness and leisure activities in Jingjinji Metropolitan Region through literature study,mathematical statistics,questionnaires in order to analyze the influences of physical exercise,medical consumption and identity on residents’health satisfaction The results showed:(1)gender,age,place of residence,type of residential community had a significant impact on the self-rated health of residents.(2)Physical exercise activities had a significant and sustained effect on residents’health satisfaction.(3)The concept of residents’health changed from“doing exercise as medical means”to“non-medical means”.In face of the fact that more and more Chinese residents were suffering with more chronic diseases,physical exercise became an important means to promote their health.
