摘要
在快递行业,快递公司需要对客户邮寄的快件进行包装、打印,粘贴运单后方可进行转运。快件的耗材一般有纸箱、塑料袋、文件封、透明胶带,运单主要有热敏运单、常规运单等。这些耗材均需快递人员随身携带,给快递人员带来沉重的工作负担,严重影响了快递业务的效率;各营业网点均需配置耗材仓库,配备仓管人员,对耗材进行人工收、发管理,人工管理耗材漏洞多,不能形成即时报表,给耗材盘点和调配带来诸多管理问题。文章通过对自助耗材柜的研究,为快递行业提供耗材发放设备及运营管理方面的应用依据。
The express company needs to package,print and paste the waybill of the customer's express mail before transshipment in the express industry.Express supplies generally have cartons,plastic bags,paper seals,transparent tape.Waybill basically has heat sensitive waybill,routine waybill,etc.All these consumables need to be carried by couriers,which brings heavy work burden to couriers and seriously affects the efficiency of express business.All business outlets shall be equipped with consumable warehouses and warehouse management personnel to manage the manual collection and distribution of consumables.There are many loopholes in the manual management of consumables,which can't form an instant report,which brings many problems to the inventory and allocation of consumables.Though the research of automatic consumables cabinet,this paper provides the basis for the application of consumables distribution reconciliation and operation management in express industry.
