摘要
世博会交通具有客流规模大、入场时间集中、客流日变化及空间分布不均衡、与日常同向交通叠加等特征。因此交通保障方案要有一定的弹性,为确保2019北京世园会期间交通有序畅通,从交通需求分析入手,采取多种交通管理政策、精细化的交通组织、内外联动的交通信息服务等方面,提出交通保障整体策略及措施,为大型博览会交通保障提供了一定的参考价值。
The Expo traffic has the characteristics of large passenger flow,concentrated arrival time,daily passenger flow changes and uneven spatial distribution,and superimposed daily traffic.Therefore,the transportation security plan must have a certain flexibility.In order to ensure the smooth flow of traffic during the 2019 Beijing World Expo,we will start with traffic demand analysis,adopt various traffic management policies,refined traffic organization,and internal and external linkage traffic information services.The overall strategy and measures for traffic protection are proposed to provide a certain reference value for the traffic protection of large-scale fairs.
