西部陆海新通道高水平、高质量发展研究文献综述

Literature Review of the High-level and High-quality Development of the New Land and Sea Routes of the West Area

随着中美贸易摩擦的不断升级,经济全球化走势的不确定性加强,使得区域经济一体化成为未来国际经贸领域合作的发展方向,中新互联互通南向通道正是在这国际环境背景下提出的区域大合作的概念。西部陆海新通道高水平、高质量发展将助推我国“陆海内外联动、东西双向互济”的对外开放格局的形成,促进西部省区优势互补,助力新时代西部大开发。文章采取文献综述方法,总结了大量的对西部陆海新通道建设的研究基础上,提出促进西部陆海新通道高质量、高水平建设的建议。

With the escalating trade frictions between China and the United States and the increasing uncertainty of the trend of economic globalization,regional economic integration has become the future development direction of international economic and trade cooperation.It is in this international context that the concept of regional cooperation is proposed for the south passage of China-singapore connectivity.The high-level and high-quality development of the new land and sea routes in the west will facilitate the formation of China's opening-up pattern of“linking the land and sea with the outside world and benefiting the east and west from each other”,facilitate the complementary advantages of the western provinces and regions,and facilitate the development of the west in the new era.This paper adopts the method of literature review,summarizes a large number of studies on the construction of new land and sea routes in the west,and puts forward suggestions to promote the construction of new land and sea routes in the west with high quality and high level.
