供应链视角下几种库存管理模型的思考

Reflections on Several Inventory Management Models from the Perspective of Supply Chain

为了降低库存成本,基于供应链视角下,探讨了几种库存管理模型的特点,分析了其实施的先决条件,认为如何从供应链协同机制上实现准时制供应从而实现零库存应该是最有效的库存管理策略,是需要进一步探讨和实践的方向。

In order to reduce the inventory cost,based on the perspective of supply chain,this paper discusses the characteristics of several inventory management models and analyzes the preconditions for their implementation.The conclusion of this paper is that how to realize just-in-time supply and realize zero inventory from the supply chain coordination mechanism should be the most effective inventory management strategy,which is the direction of further discussion and practice.
