Practice and Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship System for Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under “One,Two,Three” Mode

现代学徒制在国内外职业教育中争相应用。物流管理专业实施现代学徒制,培养具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才,对促进我国物流产业发展升级意义重大。嘉兴职业技术学院物流管理专业在实践中形成了围绕“一体化招生招工”、“二主体协同育人”和“三阶段递进培养”的“一二三”现代学徒制模式,并在人才培养定位、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设和学生创新创强等方面取得初步成效。

Modern apprenticeship is competing for its application in vocational education at home and abroad.The implementation of modern apprenticeship system in logistics management specialty and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled personnel with craftsmanship spirit are of great significance in promoting the development and upgrading of logistics industry in China.In practice,the logistics management specialty of Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College has formed a modern apprenticeship model of“one,two and three”centering on“integrated recruitment”,“two-subject collaborative education”and“three-stage progressive training”.It has achieved initial results in the orientation of personnel training,the reform of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff and the innovation and strengthening of students.
