摘要
分析新疆某铀矿重铀酸钠产品析水的原因,提出控制重铀酸钠产品析水的技术措施。通过控制合格液沉淀浆体密度范围以及优化明流板框压滤机性能,重铀酸钠产品析水现象明显降低,产品水分稳定在22.50%~25.50%,达到行业一等品指标的要求。
The reason of water bleeding of sodium diuranate at a uranium mine in Xinjiang is analyzed and the technical measures to control the water bleeding of the sodium diuranate product are put forward. By adjusting the density of qualified liquid precipitate slurry and optimizing the box type open flow plate and frame filter press, the water bleeding of sodium diuranate is obviously reduced and the water content of the product is stable from 22.50% to 25.50%, which can meet the requirements of the first class index of the industry, therefore the problem of water bleeding of the sodium diuranate product is well resolved.
