摘要 基于电能表MDS系统、用采系统和营销系统等数据源,分析了现场可靠性数据、故障模式、故障机理、外部诱导应力以及它们随时间变化的特征,建立了不同应力条件下的电能表的组合应力寿命预判模型。通过对不同批次、不同供应商的现场故障数据的实际验证,结果表明,该寿命预判模型可以预测批次电能表的剩余寿命,使电能表暴露潜在故障,支撑批次电能表状态精准更换。为故障快速排除和故障优先级处理提供理论和数据支持。 Based on the data source of MDS of electric energy meter,power consumption data acquisition system and marketing system,this paper analyzes the field reliability data,fault mode,fault mechanism,external induced stress and their characteristics that they change with time,and establishes the combined stress life prediction model of electric energy meter under different stress conditions. By verification of filed fault data from different batches and manufacturers,the result shows that the life prediction model can predict the residual life of the electric energy meter,expose the potential failures and support the accurate replacement of electric energy meter;in addition,it provides theoretical and data support for fast troubleshooting and fault priority handling.
