基于ADAMS的电动汽车操纵稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 虚拟样机技术可有效加快汽车产品开发周期,节约性能试验成本。基于Adams/Car建立整车动力学模型,按照汽车行业标准GB/T6323-2014进行稳态回转和转向盘角阶跃仿真试验,并依据国标QC/T480—1999对试验数据进行处理分析,对某国产电动汽车做出操纵稳定性评价。计算求得稳态回转综合评分为91.94,转向盘角阶跃评分为84,均满足国标要求。分析得知,该车具有一定的不足转向特性和良好的瞬态响应性能。 Virtual prototyping technology can greatly shorten the development cycle of automobile products and save the cost of performance test.The vehicle dynamics model is established based on Adams/Car.Steady-state turning and steering wheel angle step simulation tests are carried out according to the automobile industry standard GB/T6323-2014.The test data are processed and analyzed according to the national standard QC/T480-1999,and the handling stability of a domestic electric vehicle is evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive score of steady-state rotation is 91.94 and the steering wheel angle step score is 84,which all content the requirements of the national standard.The analysis shows that the vehicle has certain understeeing characteristics and good transient response performance.
