浅谈叶片尾缘波状修型对压气机气动性能的影响

摘要 本文以跨音压气机Stage35为研究对象,在保持原有叶型几何不变的前提下,利用UG软件对压气机转子叶片尾缘进行正弦波修型,调整波形的波长及振幅,得到4种不同的修型方案,然后利用NUMECA商用软件数值模拟,分析不同修型方案下压气机特性线,结果表明大振幅的转子叶片尾缘波状修型能改善压气机的稳定裕度、增大压比以及效率。对比最佳修型方案与未修型压气机流场细节发现,波浪状修型是通过改变激波的位置和强度、重新分配叶片的表面载荷以达到减弱尾迹厚度、提高压气机气动性能的目的。
