Research on Scientific Images in View of HPS

科学图像与科学实验、仪器一样具有独立的生命。随着科学图像在科学实践中的作用日益显现,科学史、STS,尤其是科学哲学需要对科学图像展开研究。当下,科学史和STS已经明确将科学图像作为研究主题,科学哲学在认识论和实验实践层面对科学图像的研究也在积极推进。科学图像的哲学研究的深入推进,有待于从认识论、本体论和科学哲学基本问题等角度进一步展开。

Scientific images,like scientific experiments and instruments,have their independent lives.With the increasingly obvious role of scientific images in science practice,history of science and STS,especially philosophy of science needs to study scientific images.Nowadays,history of science and STS have made scientific images the subject of research,and the study of scientific images by philosophy of science from the aspects of epistemology and experiment practice is also actively promoted.The further promotion of the philosophical study of scientific images need to be advanced from the aspects of epistemology,ontology and fundamental questions of philosophy of science.
