Research on Management and Guarantee Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education Think Tanks in New Age Colleges and Universities

针对当前国内高校思想政治教育智库有效运转和可持续发展,对智库的管理和保障机制进行研究,提出从组织管理建设、项目管理建设方面加强创新,保障智库有效运转;建议搭建多元的经费保障机制、多元的人才保障机制、信息资源共享平台、有效的项目转化和实效反馈机制,从而促进高校思想政治教育智库的高效运行。

In view of the effective operation and sustainable development of ideological and political education think tanks in domestic universities,the paper studies the management and guarantee mechanism of think tanks,and proposes to strengthen innovation in organizational management and project management to ensure the effective operation of think tanks.It is proposed to set up multiple funding guarantee mechanisms,talent guarantee mechanisms,information resource sharing platforms,effective project transformation and feedback mechanisms,so as to promote the efficient operation of ideological and political education think tanks in colleges and universities.
