摘要
本文利用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法,研究了摔跤技术在散打比赛中的应用。2015年全国散打锦标赛男子运动员68名运动员和173名运动员得分技术统计。本文分析了摔跤技术在散打比赛中的作用,并对运动员在散打比赛中使用的摔跤技术进行了分类,并分析了摔跤运动方法的运用。比赛过程中得分率和成功与失败的重要因素,为散打教练指导运动员练习摔倒提供了一些参考和建议。
In this thesis, methods such as literature review, video analysis and mathematical statistics are applied to study the application of wrestling skills in Sanda competitions. It calculates 68 male and173 Sanda players in2015 national Sanda Championship, and analyzes the role, classification and usage of wrestling skills in competitions. The important factors of winning or losing in competitions and the scoring rate are analyzed to offer references for coaching.
