In view of the outstanding problems such as the decline of students' physical fitness, the obvious shortage of physical activity and the worrying health condition of the students in the present school physical education, the author starts from the reality and adopts the methods of literature research and so on. In line with the needs of the new round of physical education and health reform, the high intensity intermittent training method is introduced into the school physical education teaching, and the value and function of the high intensity intermittent training method in the school physical education teaching are discussed, which provide feasibility reference for the present school physical education reform and to enhance the student physique.
