摘要
本文通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对广东省高校高水平篮球队办队模式和队员就业现状进行调查研究。研究认为:目前我国高校高水平运动队的办队模式主要有体委和高校合办、企业和高校合办、行业体协和高校合办、高校独办四种,而其内部管理体制则分为独立型的管理体制和非独立型管理体制。学生运动员要兼顾学好自己所学的专业知识,才能更好地拓宽就业面。期望广东省高校办高水平篮球队工作更加规范化、科学化和人性化,使其得以可持续健康发展。
By the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, field investigation and expert interview, this paper investigates the model of high-level college basketball team in Guangdong Province and the employment status of the athletes. According to the research, there are four modes of organizing high-level sports teams in China, namely, organizing sports teams by sports committees and universities, enterprises and universities, industry and universities, and separate universities. The internal management system is divided into independent management system and non-independent management system. Student athletes should pay attention to their professional academic knowledge in order to better broaden their employment scope. It is expected that work on the high-level basketball team in Guangdong colleges will be more standardized, scientific and humanized so as to achieve sustainable and healthy development.
