摘要
以文献特征信息和文献计量指标的标准化分析为基础,阐述了论文精准管理的理念和工作流程,探讨了论文精准管理对论文出版、学者学术履历、数据库建设和科研管理等方面的推进作用,并提出了建议。
The concept of precision management of medical papers were described by analyzing the literature's characteristic information and bibliometric indicators.The role of precision management of medical papers in promoting paper publication,understanding scholar's academic records,database development and scientific research management was elaborated with suggestions proposed for improving the precision management of medical papers.
