动车零部件维修配送网络“选址-库存”联合优化 被引量:3

摘要 基于动车零部件配送网络优化是提高铁路运营服务质量和降低运营成本的关键因素,研究高铁动车零部件维修配送网络中配送中心选址、关键零部件采购批量和安全库存设计联合优化问题尤为重要。构建相应的优化决策模型,并以上海铁路局的动车零部件配送网络和库存优化实际背景为例,进行相应的实证研究。研究结果表明:固定建设成本对配送网络的构建影响较大,企业需要具有前瞻性地选定配送中心位置;储存成本与配送网络构建成本高度正相关,可以降低单位储存成本来优化总成本。 The optimization of distribution network of electric multiple units (EMU) parts is a key factor to improve the quality of railway operation services and reduce operating costs. Based on this, this paper studied the problem of distribution center location selection, key parts procurement batch and safety inventory design in the maintenance and distribution network of high-speed train parts, and constructed the corresponding optimization decision model, and took the EMU parts of a railway bureau. The actual background of the distribution network and inventory optimization was taken as an example to conduct corresponding empirical research. The research simulation results show that: the fixed construction cost has a great impact on the construction of the distribution network, the enterprise needs to have a forward-looking selection of the distribution center location;the storage cost is highly positively correlated with the construction cost of the distribution network, which can reduce the unit storage to optimize total cost.
