摘要 为分析TBM隧道项目施工效率,建立TBM项目施工组织管理系统的系统动力学模型,对TBM隧道项目施工效率进行模拟。对影响TBM施工效率的组织管理因素进行分析,确立系统模型边界,该管理系统包括TBM施工作业面掘进支护、洞口材料准备和长线单轨运输供料3个子系统。运用系统动力学方法建立系统因果关系图,2条主要因果回路:一条反映运输保障及TBM生产对隧道生产率的影响,另一条反映随着开挖长度增加,列车单程运输时间增加对隧道生产率的影响。用系统流程图反映各类变量间的量化关系,建立TBM生产率、列车生产率和隧道生产率等主要变量的数学关系式。结合新疆某引水隧洞工程进行模型参数设置并进行模拟仿真,预测实例项目TBM掘进段的计划工期,并与项目实际工期进行对比。尝试用系统动力学方法进行TBM项目施工效率模拟,可为本项目及同类长隧洞TBM施工管理提供决策借鉴。 In order to analyze the construction efficiency of TBM tunnel, this paper established the system dynamics model of TBM project construction organization management system and simulates the construction efficiency of TBM project. First of all, this paper analyzed the factors in organization aspect which affect the efficiency of TBM construction and clears the boundary of model. The system consists of three subsystems: tunneling and excavation supporting on TBM working face, the material preparation in tunnel portal, single-line track transportation for long distance. Then using system dynamics method, it established causality diagram to reflect two causal loops. One reflected the influence which transportation and TBM productivity act on to tunnel productivity. Another reflected train travel time of one-way increase effects productivity of the tunnel with the increase of excavation length. And then, the flow chart was used to reflect the quantitative relationship between different types variables, and the main variables including TBM productivity, train productivity and tunnel productivity were established. Finally,it defined model parameter value and simulate model combining a diversion tunnel in Xinjiang and predict planned project duration of TBM construction section. In addition, the simulation results were compared with the actual construction period. In this study, the system dynamics method was used to simulate the TBM construction efficiency, which can provide decision-making reference for TBM construction management both in the project and in similar long tunnel.
