摘要
基于施工班组长是链接“两层分离”组织绩效的纽带,对工程项目实施起到重要的承上启下的作用。通过对施工班组长异质性特征进行分析,探索不同异质性对班组长岗位胜任力的影响。研究发现:班组长岗位胜任力受学历的影响出现断层,学历最高的和学历最低的班组长岗位胜任力高,而中间学历的班组长岗位胜任力比较低;不管是专业技术能力、团队管理能力还是整体岗位胜任力,劳务派遣的班组长的上述能力都比其他劳务性质的班组长更强;担任班组长不同年限的岗位胜任力存在明显差异性,担任班组长时间越长,其岗位胜任力越强。
The construction team leader is the link between the “two-tier separation” organizational performance, plays a connecting role, and plays a special role in the implementation of the project. The construction team leader shows a heterogeneous trend. This study analyzed the heterogeneity characteristics of the front-line construction team leader and explored the influence of different heterogeneity on the team leader’s post competency. The results show that: the competency of team leaders is affected by their educational background, and the highest and lowest level are higher, while the middle level is lower. Whether it is professional and technical ability, team management ability or overall post competency, the above-mentioned ability of team leaders dispatched by labor service is stronger than that of other team leaders of labor service nature. There are obvious differences in the post competence of team leader in different years. The longer the team leader is, the stronger the post competence of team leader is.
