模块化滑翔机儿童玩教具设计

摘要 以滑翔机为载体,研究并设计能够将力与运动相关的物理知识转化为符合7到12岁儿童认知规律的教具,通过实际操作建立感性体验,为之后的物理知识学习铺垫前期的感性经验基础。方案整体采用通用模块化设计思路,将组成飞机的重要部分设计为可以自由拼接的模块,让儿童可以自由组合滑翔机的布局并测试其飞行效果。方案以轻质板材为机身和机翼的主要材料,通过专门设计的通用锁扣连接件进行自由的组装拼接,并通过内置齿槽定位轨道的安装角度调节模块来设置不同的迎角与上/下反角。模块化滑翔机儿童玩教具可以让儿童按照想象自由组装各式各样布局的飞机。模块可以多次拆装、调节,让儿童可以在组装、试飞的实际操作过程中逐步理解速度、平衡、重心等力与运动相关的物理知识。 On the basis of glider,it researches and designs the teaching tool of transforming the relevant physical knowledge that can combine the dynamics and motion to the cognitive rules for the children from 7 to 12 years old.Through the practical operation,it establishes the perceptual experience,which will lay the preliminary perceptual experience foundation for the following studying of physical knowledge.The overall plan adapts the universal modularized designing concept,it designs the key component of plane to the module that can be freely assembled,which enables the children to freely combine the layout of glider and test its flying effect.The plan takes the light-weighted sheet materials as the main materials for the plane body and wings.Through the specially designed universal locking and connecting parts,it is able to freely assemble the component.In addition,it is able to set up the different angle of attack,upper/lower reflex angle through the adjusting module of installation angle of the built-in tooth space positioning rail.The modularized glider for children teaching tool will enable the children to freely assemble the planes of various layouts according to their own imaginations.The modularization can be dissembled and adjusted several times,which enables the children to gradually understand the relevant physical knowledge on dynamics and motion e.g.speed,balance,gravity etc.in the course of practical operation of assembly and trial flying.
