摘要
青少年作为个体发展的重要阶段,他们心理健康状况不容忽视。在面对巨大的升学压力下,他们心理弹性和主观幸福感水平如何,心理弹性如何发挥维护青少年心理健康的作用。本研究采用青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)、对维度-多归因果因量表(MMCS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB),对安徽省四所中学796名中学生进行调查,通过分析研究发现青少年心理弹性总体处于中等偏上水平;归因风格在年级、性别上存在显著差异;主观幸福感在年级、是否独生子女上均有显著差异。青少年心理弹性、归因风格、主观幸福感之间存在显著相关。心理弹性在归因风格与主观幸福感间起中介作用。
The teenagers is the key period of individual development.We can't ignore the understanding of their mental health state.In the face of great pressure of entering a higher school,what's the level of teenager's resilience and subjective well-being,how the resilience play the role of maintain adolescent mental health.This research adopts the Resilience Scale of Chinese Adolescent,the Multi-dimensional Attribution Scale and General Well-being Schedule to investigate four middle school in Anhui Province,796 middle school students.Through the analysis,we found that,the overall level of adolescent resilience is above average.Their attributional style is extremely different in grades and gender.Their subjective welling-being has extremely different in gradesand whether are only child.There is a significant correlation among adolescent resilience,attributional style and subjective well-being.And the resilience play an intermediary role between attributional style and subjective well-being.
