浅析高校学生管理工作法治思维

Study on Legal Thinking of College Students’ Management

依法治校,是在依法治国背景下的必然要求。将法治思维融入到高校学生管理工作中是依法治校的必然结果,也是实现依法治校的前提。针对学生管理工作过程中出现的问题,本文进行了深入剖析,问题是师生法律意识薄弱,法治体系不完善。为此,提出一些改进措施,扩大校内法治宣传教育,创造良好法治环境。同样,必须完善法治体系运行机制,健全监督考核体系规范。只有这样,才能构建良好的法治育人环境。

It is apparent that it is necessary to govern the college as per the law.Surely,it is an inevitable result to integrate the legal thinking with the students affair management.Similarly,it is also the precondition to realize governing college according to law.In view of the current problems of student management,the paper tries to make an in-depth analysis.Clearly,the existing problems are due to weak legal awareness of teachers and students and imperfect legal system.Then,it proposed some countermeasures such as expanding law propaganda education,creating good legal environment.Similarly,it is essential to perfect legal system mechanism and regulate assessment system.The purpose is to construct excellent law-based cultivation environment.
