摘要
随着科学技术快速发展,人事档案管理的信息化水平显著提升,促进了事业单位干部人事档案管理工作质量与效率的提升,对于事业单位的长远发展具有重要意义。本文就事业单位干部人事档案信息化管理的基本内容进行阐述,从推进法制建设、强化安全意识、加强数据库建设与安全防护等多个方面入手,对事业单位干部人事档案信息化管理策略进行探究,旨在提升人事档案信息化管理效果。
It is certain that with the rapid development of science and technology,great improvement in the informationization of personnel files management has shown and helps to update the quality and efficiency of cadre and personnel files management in Public institution.Actually,it means great significance in the long term development of public Institutions.The paper tries to explore the informationization management of cadre and personnel files.Also,it makes a deep investigation on the informationization management strategy of cadre and personnel files from different aspects such as legal construction,safety consciousness,database strengthening and safety protection.The purpose is to promote the informationization management efficiency of personnel files.
