摘要
主要研究不同种类聚合物造孔剂对陶瓷结合剂磨具结构与性能的影响。对拉伸试验样条的气孔率、拉伸强度、微观形貌及磨具试样的磨削性能等进行了检测分析,结果表明:四种聚合物混合作为造孔剂的拉伸试验样条,与每种聚合物单独使用作为造孔剂的拉伸试验样条相比,混合使用的聚合物造孔剂的拉伸试验样条气孔较大,气孔分布及大小更均匀,拉伸强度降低不明显。磨具试样在磨削机器人零件时,四种聚合物混合作为造孔剂的磨具磨削机器人的零件平行度、平面度更好,表面粗糙度Ra更小,磨具修整周期更长,加工节拍更快,综合性能最好。
The effect of different kinds of polymers as pore-forming agents on the structure and properties of vitrified bond grinding tools was studied.With analyzing the porosity,tensile strength,micro-morphology,and the grinding performance of the tensile test specimens,the results indicated that tensile test strips with the pore-forming agents made of four polymers mixture had larger pores,more uniform pore diameter distribution,more uniform pore size distribution,and less tensile strength reduction than those with the agent made of each polymer.In the application of grinding robot parts,robot parts ground by the vitrified bond grinding tools with the pore-forming agents made of four polymers mixture had better parallelism,flatness,faster processing tempo,and smaller surface roughness Ra;additionally,the vitrified bond grinding tools had a longer dressing cycle and the best comprehensive performance.
