Research on the Spatial Pattern of Economic Housing Based on Youth Groups

本文通过对青年群体的观察和分析,对其居住需求进行了调查和研究。同时,探索适合青年群体的经济住区的模式与空间利用的最大化,切实为青年群体在市场经济的住房体制下窘迫的住房困境提出可行性建议,提出共享空间在青年住宅设计中的设计模式与发展趋势。

Through the observation and analysis of the youth as a specific group,this paper investigates and studies the living needs of this group.Based on this,this paper explores the mode of economic settlements suitable for this group,maximizes the utilization of the space,and puts forward feasible suggestions for this group’s housing dilemma under the housing system of market economy.The design mode and development trend of shared space in youth residential design are put forward.
