摘要
“健康建筑”是中国建筑发展的重要趋势之一,源于美国的WELL建筑标准,其是目前国际上最领先与完善的健康建筑标准。2018年,WELL推出了v2版本的先行版,这是WELL建筑标准一次具有重要意义的版本升级。本文将WELL建筑标准的v2、v1版本与中国健康建筑标准进行对比,通过对比分析,探讨国际健康建筑领域的发展趋势,从而为我国健康建筑发展提供参考。
Healthy architecture is one of the important trends of the architecture in China.At present,WELL building standard originated from the United States is the most advanced healthy building standard in the world.In 2018,WELL has launched the pilot version of v2,which is a significant version upgrading of WELL building standard.This paper compares WELL building standards of v2 and v1 version with“China Assessment Standard for Healthy Building”.Through the analysis,this paper explores the development trend of healthy building in the world and tries to provide a reference for the development of health building in China.
