摘要 近年来,随着BIM技术的推广,将其应用于地上建筑的案例已不在少数。由于我国城市地下空间发展相对滞后,BIM技术在城市地下空间设计中的应用也处于由理论逐步上升到实践的阶段。文章以加快新旧动能转换为突破口,基于国内外绿色BIM技术的应用现状和城市地下空间的设计要点,对绿色BIM技术在城市地下空间的全生命周期(从前期规划到建筑设计,再到工程施工和运维管养)内的正向应用进行了系统分析和前景展望。绿色BIM技术在城市地下空间中的正向应用有着不容小觑的现实意义,可以加快城市地下空间建设转型升级,全力以赴推进新旧动能转换。 In recent years,with the popularization of BIM technology,it has been applied in many cases of ground construction.Due to the relatively lagging development of urban underground space in China,the application of BIM technology in underground space design is rising from theory to practice.So as to speed up the transformation of new and old kinetic energy into a breakthrough point,based on the present situation of the green BIM technology application at home and abroad and the design key points of urban underground space,this article makes a systematic analysis of the application of the green BIM technology in the whole life cycle(early planning,architectural design,construction,operation and maintenance)of urban underground space.It also gives a prospect of the positive application of green BIM technology in urban underground space.The positive application of green BIM technology in urban underground space is of great practical significance to speed up the transformation and upgrading of urban underground space construction and make all-out efforts to promote the conversion of new and old kinetic energy.
