全媒体视频教学资源管理平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of All-media Video Teaching Resource Management Platform

随着信息技术的发展,教育资源共建共享已经成为未来教育发展的方向,优质教育资源共建共享是打破院校之间壁垒、避免教育资源重复开发的有效途径.从实际需求出发,从功能模块设计、系统架构设计、数据库设计和关键技术实现等方面介绍了全媒体视频教学资源管理平台的开发过程.针对区域内多所学校视频教学资源共建共享、取长补短的管理模式进行了探索.平台有效解决了区域内优质教学资源分散导致的教育资源不均衡问题,提高了优质视频教学资源的流通和利用率,为构建教学资源库共建共享方案提供了参考方案.

With the development of information technology,the co-construction and sharing of educational resources has become the direction of future education development.The co-construction and sharing of high-quality educational resources is an effective way to break the barriers between universities and avoid the repeated development of educational resources.In this paper,starting from the actual needs,the development process of all-media video teaching resource management platform is introduced from functional module design,system architecture design,database design and key technology implementation and so on.The management mode of video teaching resources sharing and learning from each other in many schools in the region is explored.The platform effectively solves the imbalance of educational resources caused by the decentralization of high-quality teaching resources in the region,improves the circulation and utilization rate of high-quality video teaching resources,and provides a reference scheme for the construction of teaching resource pool co-construction and sharing scheme.
