摘要
铝合金模板工程是我国目前积极推广的应用技术,得到了全行业的积极响应.但作为新技术,其可靠性必须进行安全验算,安全设计对施工安全起决定作用.研究安全计算,目的是为减少计算错误,提高准确性.当前常见的安全计算过程中,容易发生漏算、错算或对复杂模板难以准确计算.通过建立铝合金模板有限元模型,模拟实际受力情况,运用有限元分析方法进行安全计算研究,计算结果与手工计算一致,能够满足设计要求.证明有限元分析能够有效减少计算错误,准确计算结构复杂的铝合金模板工程应力情况,为铝合金模板设计提供了可靠的安全计算方法.
Aluminum alloy formwork engineering is an active application technology in China,which has been positively responded by the whole industry.However,as a new technology,its reliability must be checked safely,and the safety design plays a decisive role in the construction safety.The purpose of studying safety calculation is to reduce calculation errors and improve accuracy.In the current common process of safety calculation,it is easy to miss calculation,miscalculation or difficult to accurately calculate complex formworks.The finite element model of aluminium alloy formwork is established to simulate the actual stress.The finite element analysis method is used to carry out the safety calculation.The calculation results are consistent with the manual calculation and can meet the design requirements.It is proved that finite element analysis can effectively reduce calculation errors and accurately calculate the engineering stress of aluminum alloy formwork with complex structure,which provides a reliable and safe calculation method for the design of aluminum alloy formwork.
