摘要
介绍了T/R组件的基本结构框图,并分析了其工作原理。用于脉冲工作条件下的T/R组件,需要足够的储能电容以提供大的峰值电流。给出了预估储能电容数量的计算公式。多层基板在满足高频应用的同时还可实现低成本设计,一种8通道的多层基板标准模块已完成设计并加工,其也可作为T/R标准模块用于各种应用平台。基于所设计的多层基板模块,一种2W中功率脉冲T/R组件完成设计并测试。从测试结果可知,组件实现了良好的性能指标。
A basic transmit/receive(T/R)module architecture is introduced and the principle of T/R module is analyzed.For pulsed T/R module use,storage capacitor is needed to supply the high peak current.One equation is given to estimate the needed quantity of storage capacitor.Multi-layer substrate can both satisfy the high frequency application and low cost design.An 8-channel multilayer substrate standardized module is designed and fabricated,it can also be used as T/R standardized module in different platforms for various applications.Based on the multi-layer substrate module,a 2 watt middle power pulsed T/R module is designed and tested.From the measurement,a good performance is achieved.
