卤晶用于生产磨具试验研究

摘要 青海察尔汗盐湖钾肥尾液经盐田自然滩晒的六水氯化镁储量丰富,但由于易吸潮易溶于水,运输极为不便,因此,一般将六水氯化镁脱除部分结晶水再经机械造粒成型后进行运输,但热空气氛围下六水氯化镁的脱水干燥过程中不可避免地存在水解反应,会有碱式氯化镁生成,容易生成镁水泥,需要添加少量的酸式盐或盐酸,文章主要研究青海某公司生产的卤晶在磨具应用中的使用条件,在进行了卤晶溶解及制造磨具试验,经观测及研磨效果考核,获得了满意结果,可以在磨具行业推广应用。 Magnesium chloride hexahydrate is abundant in potassium fertilizer tail liquor of Qinghai Chaerhan Salt Lake,which is dried by natural beach of salt field,but it is easy to absorb moisture,soluble in water and inconvenient to transport. Therefore,magnesium chloride hexahydrate is generally removed from part of crystalline water and then transported by mechanical granulation. However,hydrolysis reaction is unavoidable in the dehydration and drying process of magnesium chloride hexahydrate in hot air atmosphere,and alkaline chlorination will Magnesium is easy to form magnesium cement,and a small amount of acid salt or hydrochloric acid is needed. This article mainly studied the application conditions of halogen crystal produced by a company in Qinghai in abrasive tools. The experiments of dissolving halogen crystal and manufacturing abrasive tools have been carried out. Satisfactory results have been obtained through observation and evaluation of abrasive effects,which can be popularized and applied in abrasive tools industry.
