基于中性网络模型的制盐结晶粒度控制方法

摘要 为提高盐结晶粒径测量值与理论值间的相符程度,提出基于中性网络模型的制盐结晶粒度控制方法。从中性网络模型构筑、稳定化系数计算两个方面入手,完成制盐结晶粒度控制的前期准备。在此基础上,通过制盐结晶设备选型、结晶操作过程分析两个步骤,为结晶粒度的动态梯度条件计算提供物理支持,并达到离散化处理控制向量的目的,完成基于中性网络模型的制盐结晶粒度控制方法搭建。对比实验结果表明,应用新型控制方法后,盐结晶粒径测量值、理论值的变化幅度均不超过10μm,实现二者的良性相符。 In order to improve the consistency between the measured and theoretical values of salt crystallization grain size,a control method of salt crystallization grain size based on neutral network model was proposed. Starting with the construction of neutral network model and the calculation of stabilization coefficient,the preliminary preparation for controlling the grain size of salt production is completed. On this basis,through the selection of salt-making crystallization equipment and the analysis of crystallization operation process,physical support is provided for the calculation of dynamic gradient conditions of crystallization grain size,and the purpose of discretization of control vector is achieved. The control method of salt-making crystallization grain size based on neutral network model is established. The comparative experimental results show that the change range of the measured and theoretical values of salt crystallization grain size is less than 10 microns after the application of the new control method,which realized the good agreement between the two methods.
