摘要
以硅橡胶为基体,铁为填料,采用机械共混法,制备了不同铁含量的硅橡胶复合材料.通过热力学分析、力学测试验证了材料的性能,并且在此基础上研究了该复合材料对γ射线的屏蔽性能.通过研究发现随着铁含量的不断增加,复合材料的力学性能降低,在高温环境下的质量损失也随之降低,而复合材料对γ射线的屏蔽效率增大.30%铁含量的硅橡胶复合材料各项性能最佳,比纯硅橡胶的屏蔽性能提高了19.3%.
Silicone rubber composites with different iron contents were prepared by using mechanical blending as the matrix and iron as the filler.The properties of the material were verified by thermodynamic analysis and mechanical tests.And based on this,the shielding properties of the composites on gamma ray were studied.Through research,it is found that as the iron content increases,the mechanical properties of the composite material decrease,and the mass loss in the high temperature environment also decreases,and the shielding efficiency of the composite material to gamma ray increases.Considering comprehensively,the silicone rubber composite with 30% iron content has the best performance,and the shielding performance of pure silicone rubber is increased by 19.3%.
