Tradition Chinese medicine specimens are the important materials of teaching,scientific research and popularization of popular science.Analyzing problems with the management of traditional Chinese medicine specimen,this paper expounds the development process of traditional Chinese medicine specimen database and points out the function of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine specimen database in the specimen management,teaching and scientific research and the publicity of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
