启发式及讨论式教学法在消化内科学实习课的研究与实践 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨启发式及讨论式教学在消化内科实习课教学中的效果。方法选择2012级锦州医科大学临床医学教改班学生,共31人为研究对象,分为实验组(n=15)和对照组(n=16)。实验组采用启发式及讨论式教学,对照组采用讲授式教学。在学期末进行试卷考核和问卷调查。试卷考核采用t检验。结果试卷分析表明,实验组成绩高于对照组。两组问卷调查显示,实验组在学习兴趣、临床思维能力、临床实践能力、语言表达能力的培养方面优于对照组。结论在消化内科实习课教学中,合理应用启发式及讨论式教学,有助于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,有助于培养学生的临床应用能力。 Objective To detect the potential application and advantage of heuristic and discussion teaching in the gastroenterology intern study. Methods 31 programe clinical medical juniors in the grade of 2012 in Jinzhou Medical University were selected as subject and were divided into two groups. Experimental group (n=15) was taught with heuristic and discussion teaching method. Control group (n=16) was taught with lecture teaching method. The analysis of final examination of gastroenterology course and an anonymous questionnaire survey were carried out at the end of semester. Results The score in the experimental group were higher than those of control group. The two survey shows that the experimental group is better than the control group. The two survey shows that the experimental group is better than the control group in the aspects of learning interest,clinical thingking ability, clinical application ability and language expression ability. Conclusion In the gastroenterology practice teaching for clinical medical special undergraduate,the reasonal application of heuristic and discussion teaching,helps to improve students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,and cultivate medical students’ ability of clinical application.
