摘要
海底管道在清管和内检测过程中,存在较高的作业风险,时常会发生检测器和清管器丢失以及卡堵等意外事故。对管道本体、部件、对清管器或检测器结构、运行环境条件等可能造成卡堵的因素进行了风险分析,并提出了预防措施,为后续海底管道设计施工以及通球检测提供借鉴。
In the process of cleaning and internal inspection, subsea pipelines have high operational risks, and accidents such as pig loss and jamming often occur. This paper analyzes the risk factors of pipeline body, components, pig structure, operating environment conditions, etc., and proposes preventive measures to provide reference for subsequent design and construction of subsea pipelines and internal inspection.
