高性能胶板对多级闪蒸工艺改进的应用研究

摘要 粘胶酸浴再生闪蒸装置工艺的改进一直受限于衬胶防腐设备胶板耐温的瓶颈,近几年开发的高性能H22胶板表现出了极佳的耐高温性能,且操作稳定、使用寿命长,能极好的提升装置的产能、降低能耗。 The MSFE technologies’improvement of viscose fiber’s acid bath was restricted to the allowance operating temperature of rubbers which were lined on the inner surface of the steel vessels. The new developed type rubber – H22 shows better performance in resistance to high temperature, which also can be in steady operation and has long service life, improve the plant’s capacity and reduce the energy consumption greatly.
