摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,社会发展对能源的需求正在逐渐增加,而当前传统能源开采已经逐渐减少,需要开辟新的能源供应方式,而石油作为主要的能源供应种类,因此需要加快油田的开采工作,但是制约油田开采的最大短板就是管道的数量有限,无法支持快速输送成品油,因此要加快油田管道的施工,其中油田管道焊接是一大技术难题,因此本文通过对焊接技术的工艺进行分析,找出最适油田管道焊的技术工艺,对我国油田开采产业发展有重要的意义。
With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for energy in social development is gradually increasing. However, the current traditional energy exploitation has been gradually reduced, and new energy supply methods need to be opened. As a major energy supply category, oil needs to be accelerated. Mining work, but the biggest shortcoming that restricts oilfield exploitation is the limited number of pipelines, which cannot support the rapid transfer of refined oil. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the construction of oilfield pipelines. Oilfield pipeline welding is a major technical problem. Therefore, this paper adopts welding technology. The analysis of the process to find out the technical process of the most suitable oilfield pipe welding is of great significance to the development of China's oilfield mining industry.
