青海省委第十三届四次全会将新青海精神概括凝练为登高望远、自信开放、团结奉献、不懈奋斗。新青海精神具有十分丰富的内涵,并不是这四种精神的简单叠加,而是这四种精神的有机统一。新青海精神的生成,具有深厚的实践基础和理论基础。中国特色社会主义在青海的生动实践,是新青海精神生成的实践基础;马克思主义是新青海精神生成的根本理论基础,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是新青海精神生成的关键理论基础。登高望远充分体现了新青海精神的高度和广度,自信开放赋予新青海精神鲜明的时代特征,团结奉献是新青海精神的核心要义,不懈奋斗则是新青海精神的精神标识。新青海精神的实质是中华优秀传统文化的高度凝练,是社会主义核心价值观的具体体现,是社会主义先进文化的典型代表,是青海人民最宝贵的精神财富。

At the 14th Plenary Session of the 13th Qinghai Provincial Committee, the Spirit of the New Qinghai will be summarized and condensed into a long-term vision, self-confidence, openness, solidarity, dedication and unremitting struggle. It has very rich connotations. It is not the simple superposition of the four spirits, but the organic unity of them. Its formation has a profound practical and theoretical basis. The vivid practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Qinghai is the practical basis for its formation;Marxism is the fundamental theoretical basis for its formation;and Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the key theoretical basis for its formation. The telescope fully reflects the height and breadth of it. Self-confidence and openness endow it with distinct characteristics of the times. Unity and dedication are its core, and unremitting struggle is its spiritual symbol. Its essence is the high conciseness of Chinese excellent traditional culture, the concrete embodiment of socialist core values, the typical representative of advanced socialist culture and the most precious wealth of Qinghai people.
